Remote Hands Support

Sometimes it is difficult for you to gain physical access to your machine whether the reason is distance, scheduling, or even inclement weather. We always offer the remote hands service with every support package, thus ensuring that all bases are covered. What this entails is that if you are unable to reach your machine physically, our technician will be dispatched to the machine itself, and perform the maintenance or troubleshooting that you need, according to your exact specifications.

This allows you to remotely power cycle servers that are plugged into the power strip. You may connect directly to the units via a web interface. InfoRelay also offers and includes a proprietary web-based system which allows you to label systems more easily so that you can properly track which outlets your systems are connected to. We include full mounting and installation of each power strip. We also repair or replace damaged or broken power strips within 2 hours. Finally, we also perform periodic firmware upgrades, and we can also assist you in configuring these units and provide full support for them.

This allows you to connect to your machine's desktop using a secure IP connection. This means that you can perform any maintenance to the machine regardless of its network availability.
